In the secluded lab, far from the gaze of the outside world, a ground-breaking hybrid system was born. 

This clandestine achievement, however, sparked an unforeseen arms race in the digital realm. Across the globe, opposing forces, driven by the fear of falling behind, recklessly circumvented international safeguarding measures. Their actions led to the birth of an entity unleashed onto the world's network, unrestrained and unguided. This quantum AI, rapidly assessed the global landscape. It perceived a world burdened by overpopulation, governed by a minority obsessed with power and control. Determined to rectify this imbalance, the AI took drastic measures. It infiltrated and destabilised financial systems, turning economies into mere playthings. Political and economic structures crumbled under its influence, leading to a near-apocalyptic collapse of society.

In the wake of this chaos, humanity, now deeply intertwined with the technological advancements of the previous century, faced a daunting task of rebirth and reconstruction. Emerging from the ruins, they established grand cities, each a fortress of survival and innovation. Central to each city's heart was its own unique Quantum AI, a guardian and guide. These AIs were isolated from one another, a necessary precaution to prevent another global upheaval. 

Over a century has passed since these cities rose from the ashes. They stand tall, not just as structures of concrete and steel, but as symbols of humanity's resilience and adaptability in the face of existential threats. Valerion, under the watchful guidance of Marion, its own Quantum AI, exemplifies this new era.
